We work with Government leaders, investors, and local entrepreneurs, to design, fund, and build special economic areas, inclusive of ports, manufacturing zones, residential areas, agri-industrial areas, schools, hospitals, and communities. We start with "soft" infrastructure: single window government policies, user-friendly systems, bankable by international investment standards, socially inclusive, environmentally sustainable. And if the area is vulnerable to physical threats, we coordinate with military and security professionals to create safe zones to live, work, and thrive.
